Module 1: Task 1c - Audio Visual

I've never posted a video of myself speaking online before so this was something new to me. Hearing the sound of my own voice is something I'll never get used to.

Filming the video was rather straight forward, using my laptop I was able to do this in the comfort of my room. I had to splice two 'takes' if you like, towards the end of the video after having a noise disturbance from the the other room! (such is life).
I was rather thankful that uploading this video to YouTube didn't take as long as I've known it to take in the past.

My name is Granger Wittering and I graduated from Leicester College of Performing Arts (LCPA) in July 2012 after completing a 3 year musical theatre course leaving with platinum Trinity National Diploma.

During my training at LCPA, I had the opportunity to work with various choreographers and perform at numerous events and exhibitions. Since graduating, I have worked professionally as dancer, vocalist, actor and musician for companies such as P&O Cruises and Habana Creative.

Alongside my performing, I have a passion for music too, playing both the piano and guitar for over 12 years. I've had the privilege to work with various session musicians and well known artists.

Upon completion of the course, I would like to continue my career as a performer, however be safe in the knowledge that I'd have a BA honours degree to assist me into developing my career further should I wish to pursue another avenue.
